Skill is pinging a ball to feet from across the field. Skill is bringing the ball down with one touch. Skill is knowing when to pass, shoot, and dribble. Skill is also being able to take on a defender. Once in awhile we let the kids go at each other in friendly competition.

I’m constantly reminded that I am in control of the decisions I make. No one forces me, and I cannot allow others to pressure me. In my devotionals, in my disciplines, in my diet, in the people I choose to surround myself with... I own 100% of the decisions I make; no more excuses... no more lying to myself.

For my leg day I went to the gym. For the cardio portion I turned on the machine. Here is a drill I came up with that works on:
• 1st Touch
• Skills (in this case a simple rollover)
• Speed and Agility
• Coordination
• Passing Accuracy
• Passing Under Pressure (pressure in this case being the next ball) the machine will not wait for you to be ready.
• Acceleration
• Fitness

Be on the lookout for variations of this drill as I try them out with my clients!😝Gotta get these kids in shape! Tag a friend who loves training!!
