It’s that time of year again! For those who are not familiar with me, I am a former lacrosse player from Georgetown College and I am now the Head Coach for the girl’s lacrosse team at Henry Clay High School. I love the game for all the amazing opportunities and friends it has given me and I dream for more girls to have the same positive experience with the sport as I did. Rainy and cold day for our last games of fallball! On behalf of all the coaches we are honored to have been apart of your journey in becoming better players! Lots of great transitions and hand switches! Thank you for a great season, we will see you for indoor, and in the summer for our first travel season!

Thank you to all the coaches, middle and high school players who came out to teach the very first US Lacrosse TryLax event in Kentukcy! We are excited to welcome 65 new kids to the sport we love! Missed out on the fun this morning? Dont worry, there will be another TryLax event on October 28th from 9am-10:30am before the Stick Or Treat Girls Lacrosse 7v7 Tournament at the Sayre Athletic Complex! Registration coming soon!

What does it mean to be on team Brave? Play triple headers and keep getting better each and everytime you get to play! It's so exciting as your coaches to see the vast improvement in only a couple weeks, and your willingness to play different positions and work together!
