Most players think finishing at the rim is all about touch…

But they’re missing the real key: body-ball movement.

Today I worked with Trey on understanding how your body and the ball must move together — not separately.

When that connection clicks:
✔️ Your handle becomes more controlled
✔️ Your footwork becomes more efficient
✔️ Your finishes become stronger and more consistent

This is what separates players who look good in drills from players who can actually produce in games.

Details matter. Always.
