Your final challenge for WEEK 8️⃣ is to battle Team Black one last time this WEDNESDAY, 3/13. We’re giving you the option for either the 8:45am or 4pm to come take class and rep your team! We’ll have sign-in sheets that day at the desk, and the team with the most participants that day wins a free late cancel per member!💪💪💪

Don’t forget that weigh-outs start on Thursday. If you haven’t weighed out or need to check your time slot, see the front desk!

And lastly clear your calendars for Saturday, 3/23, at 2:30pm for our TC closeout party where winners will be announced!🤩

As we roll past the halfway point, don’t forget about your NUTRITION! We have one hour out of 24 with you per day. Don’t dismiss the other 23! This week’s challenge is to post a pic of a meal sometime this week. (Yes, this is a stock photo LOL but we want to see your go-to healthy meal!)
