This class is a delicious blend of movement, breath-work, Yin(holding static stretches for 3-5 minutes) and a sound bath. You will leave feeling like you’ve just had a massage! Yin Yoga works primarily on the joints, fascia and ligaments. It is very healing and a great compliment to your regular work out routine.
