DARGANMORRIS Life Coaching is gone.
Welcome to Threshold Coaching.
The name changed because the truth demanded it.
For years I asked the right question in the wrong direction.
How can I help you?
What do you need to feel ready?
What would help you to move forward?
Supportive. Careful. Safe.
For a season, that was right.
But I kept watching the same thing happen over and over again.
Women would gain clarity.
Develop insight.
Identify what needed to stop.
And then go home and repeat it anyway.
Because insight without interruption is just expensive self-awareness.
So, I stopped.
I stopped asking what they needed to feel ready.
I started asking what they were still doing that they already knew needed to stop.
I stopped reflecting their patterns back to them.
I started interrupting them in real time and forcing a decision.
Not next week.
Not when they felt more prepared.
Now.
That is the work now.
This is not the softer, gentler pattern to transformation.
It is direct.
It is precise.
It will confront what you have been carefully, skillfully, and exhaustingly working around.
And it will do it with one purpose:
To expose what's in the way, remove your excuse for staying there, and force the woman you already are to show up.
Not who you're becoming.
Not your potential.
Who you already are, and keep choosing not to be.
This is for the woman who is exceptional in everyone except the one where she has to face herself.
The teacher that pours into everyone else and runs on nothing.
The ministry leader whose strength has become her identity and her prison.
The social worker who carries everyone else's patterns and ignores her own.
The woman in any room, any role, any title, who already knows what needs to stop and is exhausted from pretending she doesn't.
If that is you, the door is open.
DM the word THRESHOLD.
I respond to every one personally.
Not tomorrow.
Now.
