The Iron Wood Thrower Development Camp 2026 is BACK — and spots are going FAST.

📍 Idaho (Iron Wood Throws Center + Post Falls HS)

This is your chance to train with world-class coaches and elite athletes while getting hands-on instruction in:

💥 Shot Put
💥 Hammer
💥 Javelin

🏋️‍♂️ 2 throwing sessions EVERY day
🧠 Evening sessions on technique, lifting, nutrition & mindset
👊 Small group coaching (approx. 5:1 athlete-to-coach ratio)

You’ll learn directly from Olympians, national champions, and top coaches — gaining the tools to take your performance to the next level. ()
