I offer leadership coaching to women leaders looking to move up in their career. I specialize in helping these women build their confidence, find their voice as a leader and make sure their work gets noticed so that they can make a bigger impact in their organization. I love working with women who have a passion for leadership and are looking for support in reaching the next level. As a woman who has worked in the corporate world for several years, I understand the unique challenges women face when looking to move up in their organization and I help my clients overcome those challenges. Women have unique talents to offer in the workplace and I believe that when women are able to find their authentic leadership style and lead from a place of purpose and intention, it allows them to be their best selves and be more present and engaged at work and at home. The more we improve ourselves, the more we can help grow and impact others. "If you want to give a light to others, you have to glow yourself." - Thomas S. Monson

If you are looking to up your game, build your confidence, find your leadership style, get your work noticed and take that next step in your career, I am the coach for you.

A lot of people think the promotion comes from working harder. So they keep their head down, hit every target, and quietly wait to be noticed.

But being reliable is what makes you valuable where you are. It’s not the same as being seen as ready for what’s next. And that gap can quietly cost you a raise every single year you don’t close it.

Here are the 5 shifts that make you the obvious choice:

1️⃣ Solve problems above your pay grade. Bring solutions to the things your manager actually loses sleep over, not just the tasks you were handed.

2️⃣ Make their job easier, not just your own targets. Anticipate what’s coming and own the outcome.

3️⃣ Get visible in the rooms where decisions actually happen, not just heads-down at your desk.

4️⃣ Talk in impact, not activity. “I did X” gets noticed. “X drove Y” gets promoted. Nobody promotes a task list.

5️⃣ Start showing up like you already hold the role you want. That’s what makes the decision feel obvious.

When someone becomes impossible to overlook, the promotion stops being a question.

Nobody warns you that leadership is basically staying calm on the outside while your brain is doing cartwheels on the inside 😂

Your team looks to you to be the steady one, usually on the exact days you’re holding it together with tape and cold coffee. And somehow you’re supposed to model calm, coach them through their stress, and quietly manage your own, all at the same time.

But here’s the thing nobody tells you: you don’t have to actually feel calm to be the calm one. You just have to hold it together three seconds longer than everyone else in the room. That’s it. That’s the whole trick.

So if you’re out here learning to regulate yourself and your team at the same time, you’re not failing. You’re just doing the hardest, least-talked-about part of the job.

Be honest, what’s your “keep it together” survival tactic? Mine’s a deep breath and pretending I have to check something on my laptop 👇

"I don't have time to work on my own development right now."

I hear this from leaders all the time. And honestly? I get it. But here's what usually happens when you keep putting it off... you don't stay the same. You slowly run out of steam. Investing in your growth isn't a nice-to-have. It's how you build real confidence in your decisions. It's how you avoid burning out while carrying everyone else. It's how you reach your goals faster, with a clear plan instead of guesswork.

And it doesn't stop with you. Companies with strong leadership development programs are 4.2 times more likely to outperform their peers financially 📈 And when you grow, your team grows with you 🌿

You don’t have to be bad at your job to need support.

Honestly, most of the leaders I work with are really good at it. You care about your people. You take it seriously. You want to get it right.

But you’re also tired. Tired of second-guessing the hard conversations, carrying too much, avoiding the boundary because you didn’t want to let someone down. Replaying it all at night wondering if you handled it the “right” way.

That’s the work I do with leaders. We take what’s actually happening on your team and figure out how to lead through it with more clarity, more confidence, and a lot less stress.

You don’t have to keep white-knuckling it alone.

If that’s the kind of support you’ve been needing, DM me “SUPPORT” and let’s talk 📩

Most people think being disagreeable and disagreeing are the same thing... they're not.

You can hold your ground, flag the risk, and say the unpopular thing without turning it into a standoff. The difference is almost never what you say. It's how you open, and whether the other person feels attacked or invited in.

A lot of leaders assume the next level comes from working harder. So they keep their head down, hit every deadline, and wait to be noticed.

But being reliable is what makes you valuable where you are. It’s not the same as being seen as ready for what’s next.
If you want to close that gap, start here:

1️⃣ Stop stopping at the task. Bring solutions to the problems your manager is actually worried about, not just the ones assigned to you.

2️⃣ Make your manager’s life easier. Anticipate what’s coming, own the outcome, and be the person they don’t have to chase.

3️⃣ Get visible. The people who get promoted aren’t always the best performers. They’re the ones seen thinking and leading in the rooms that matter.

If you keep doing great work but still feel overlooked, this is usually the gap.

Most leaders I work with are amazing at investing in their people. Themselves? That usually lands at the bottom of the list. Not because they don't care. Because there's always another 1:1 to prep, another fire to put out, another person who needs them first.

But after 14 years in leadership development, here's what I know... how you grow sets the ceiling for how your team grows. And investing in yourself doesn't have to be big book you finally finish or an hour on your calendar that nobody gets to book over.

So I'll ask you the same question that's on my wall ✨

Finish this sentence in the comments 👇
"A way I have invested in myself in the last few months is..."

If you’re always drowning at work, maybe it’s not about how much is on your plate.

Maybe it’s that you can’t quite trust anyone else to do it right. So it all comes back to you. You’re the approver, the fixer, the final call on everything.

That’s not a workload problem... it’s a trust one.

And here’s the catch: your team can’t earn your trust on the work you never hand them. Every task you keep is one they never get the chance to own.

The goal was never to be the person everything depends on. It’s to build people you can actually trust to carry it.

If letting go is the part you keep getting stuck on, that’s exactly what I help leaders work through. DM me now and let’s talk 📩

Nobody pulls new managers aside and tells them what leading people is actually like. Most figure it out slowly, usually by getting it wrong first.

Fourteen years of coaching leaders later, these are the ones I’d want every new leader to hear on day one.
