Beneath the Surface introduces Dr. Erin | Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy.
What if part of recovering from burnout starts with building a body that feels strong, capable, and supported?
Erin is joining us at the 3rd Annual Beneath the Surface Women’s Summit to explore an often-overlooked piece of the burnout conversation: the physical body and specifically, the pelvic floor.
The pelvic floor impacts far more than bladder function. It plays a role in posture, movement, core stability, sexual health, birth, daily comfort, and our ability to feel strong and confident in our bodies.
In her session, Erin will connect pelvic health, movement, nervous-system regulation, and burnout, while giving women practical strategies for building a body with greater capacity for the demands of everyday life.
Because burnout isn’t only happening in your mind. Your body is carrying the load, too.
