8 weeks. A stronger arm. A better mover. A more complete pitcher.

This program is built to help high school arms gain velocity, command, and durability through individualized instruction, movement analysis, and a progressive throwing plan designed around each athlete’s goals.

What’s Included:
• Shoulder stability & arm care
• Mobility work (shoulder, hip, thoracic spine)
• Data-driven throwing progression
• Hip & lower-body sequencing
• Plyo ball power work
• Mechanical screening & video feedback
