WRPF Georgia is looking forward to hosting competitions in 2024 at the Compound. The first one is January 6, The Drug Tested Winter Classic. It’s limited to 30 lifters.
I feel like on the local level most lifters are competing with themselves and trying to hit those prs. My goal is to improve the experience and the environment to where this is possible more than ever. Which having a temperature controlled building and doing whatever necessary for each lifter. We want to make everyone feel like a super star. At the same time I love seeing head to head battles and hope we have many more of those. By limiting the number of competitors it allows for more attention for each individual lifter. Each lifter will have the opportunity to choose whatever song that he or she wants to hear before and during their lift. I personally have always been motivated by hearing some favorite music. We will provide free bottle water and energy drinks to any lifters who wants it. Also fruit like bananas, fruit cups and fruit snacks like Welch’s and others will be available for free to the lifters. At the compound we have the best equipment for any powerlifting experience. Monolifts, EliteFts combo racks, kabuki squat, power & deadlift bars for every platform. For more events check out the Georgia Strength Compound event page. See you on the platform
