Join us on 6/21/25 at Independent MMA Fitness McDonough for our next fitness seminar “The Resilient Ones”.
Participants will learn more about how to optimize wellness, improve performance, understand and manage stress, and of course become a more resilient human.
We all will experience hardships, setbacks, adversity, and uncertainty in our journeys towards self improvement.
Resiliency isn’t about avoiding these knockdowns and unknowns-it’s about learning from them, adapting, coming back stronger, and continuing to pursue the best version of ourselves.
No matter if it’s on the mats, in the gym, out on the streets, or within our homes, come discover all natural methods to promote wellness and experience a new level of positive self-improvement.

Sign up for our upcoming workshop “The Resilient Ones” is active!

Join us on 8/11/24 at CrossFit Elect at 2pm for a workshop focused on Firefighters, and First Responders, that will be directed on learning to build resiliency on the fireground, emergency scenes, but most importantly in our everyday lives at home.

We will discuss how to optimize athletic potential, the mind/body connection, and how to fight the unseen battles and stressors we all will be subjected to face.

Topics will include anxiety, depression, PTSD, nutrition, movement, the autonomic nervous system, behavior, thinking, performance, and more.

This workshop is completely free of charge. Please RSVP before July 31st so we can best prepare for all attendees.

“The Resilient Ones”

On 8/11/24, join our team for a workshop focused on Firefighters, and First Responders, that will be directed on learning to build resiliency on the fireground, emergency scenes, but most importantly in our everyday lives at home.

We will discuss how to optimize athletic potential, the mind/body connection, and how to fight the unseen battles and stressors we all will be subjected to face.

Topics will include anxiety, depression, PTSD, nutrition, movement, the autonomic nervous system, behavior, thinking, performance, and more.

This will be hosted at CrossFit Elect on 8/11/24 at 2pm. Cost is free but you must RSVP. You do not have to work in public safety to attend, as the information will be applicable to anyone wanting to improve their fitness/wellness.

We are excited to be teaching kidsfit this summer at Fitlife in McDonough.
Classes will be held every Saturday at 10am. We will have drop ins and summer pacakages availabe.
Age group is 6yrs-12yrs.
⭐️ $60 for the summer ⭐️

⭐️ Parents can get a workout in for only $5 ⭐️
