Since we first opened our doors in 2019, you all have been so much more than clients—you’ve been a community that has walked through every season of life with us.

As many of you know, life moves fast, and fatherhood has a way of changing your perspective on everything. This schedule update is something we have been praying about for a while. While I still have a deep love for everything Next Level Stretch stands for, making this shift has become essential to ensure I am present for my family while still providing you with the high-level recovery and mobility work you expect.

By moving our Saturday hours to Monday and Wednesday evenings (4 PM – 8 PM), I can be the father and husband I need to be, while ensuring that when you are on the table, I am giving you my full energy and focus.

Thank you for your incredible support and for understanding as we navigate this new chapter together. I am so grateful to have a community that has been in our corner since 2019, and I can’t wait to see you during these new evening blocks!

He specializes in massage therapy and corrective exercise. His goals for his clients are to increase the functional mobility of their every day activities, while also educating his clients to be self maintaining by focusing on the correction of under used or over stimulated muscles, therefore limited the risk of future injury.
