ONE Canal Point is a gorgeous condominium property that is great for a family or group trip of 2-5ppl (featured here is the 4-bedroom-townhome with private pool & rooftop deck + office space) Great for a beachy getaway (7mile Beach is a 10min walk)- close to tons of restaurants/bars- they're 3 pools, whirlpool bath, and gym on site as well. Neighbors to million dollar homes just next door the Canal is surrounded by privately owned boats of residents.
