Happy Motivational Monday!

Listen I’m no magician, but if you stay consistent and full of drive to reach your personal goals, I’ll be there to assist you along the way! and I been been working on and off since March 22nd. We faced getting through a car accident being out of commission, crazy work schedules and she lives in Marietta. With all of that she makes away and as y’all can see the math is mathing!!! E wanted that 🍑 to grow and put on a lil weight and we did just that. We’re not done, but you see what’s possible when you truly want it no matter what!

Happy Wednesday!!

This weeks TK Fit Bae goes to my girl . Listen when my girl started she couldn’t press a good 10lbs without crying, let alone do a lunge right to save her life 🤣😂😂! BUT listen 👂🏾 when I say she shows up and do her part and now the above struggles are a thing of the past! 💪🏾
