Current Online/Zoom Exercise Class Offerings Include:
Monday @ 6:30am: High Intensity Interval Training
Wednesday @ 6:30am: Cardio & Core
Friday @ 6:30am: Body Sculpt

We offer online exercise classes that you can do at home with little or no equipment. Each class is designed to be challenging for experienced fitness fans as well as approachable and safe for the beginner athlete. At the beginning

of the class, your instructor will provide you with information about the class format as well as any equipment you may want to include to help amplify your workout, such as:-Yoga or soft mat for extra padding (a large towel will work too)
-Free weights (or household items such as water bottles or canned food items)
-Sliders (or rags/soft towels for hard floors or paper plates for carpet floors)
-Small bands that can be purchased easily online or at your local store.
-Small core ball (or any soft small to medium sized ball- think dodge ball versus tennis ball)
