I am a full time Athletic/ Personal trainer who specializes in baseball, softball, football, speed and agility, weight lifting and body recovery. I have a long list of accolades which I am really interested in passing on to many generations to come! A little bit about myself, I am 22 years old, who comes from a long line of collegiate athletes including myself. I am originally from Rome Georgia an

d currently located and training in Floyd County, Polk county, and Pauling county. I am a retired collegiate football and baseball athlete who fell in love with both games at the age of 4. 18 years of experience between the 2 sports that changed my life. I accepted a Division 1 football and baseball scholarship at Gardner-Webb which is located in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. After a year there, in the summer I played College baseball at West Georgia and in the following fall I transferred to Georgia State University . Recently, within the last year and a half, I was recruited to play professional baseball in Italy. The Italian Baseball League is a professional baseball league that is governed by FIBS in Europe. Due to COVID-19, and blocks put on European travels, my professional dreams came to an halt, and after many prayers sent up to THE Man above, lots of blood sweat and tears, and many sleepless nights, I have transitioned from playing, to coaching and teaching the games to many young athletes. No matter the age, I pledge to help your athlete reach any sports goal, dream, and ambitions with hard work, dedication, understanding, and the love for the things that unites our World together which is sports.
