We want to thank everyone for your thoughts and prayers over the last few days for River.

As many of you know, River suffered a life threatening fracture to his P1 last week.

He is blessed (as is his family), that we have such an amazing equine hospital, Piedmont Equine Associates, who has gifted veterinarians and two surgeons who put all effort into saving Rivers leg and life today during a nearly 4 hour surgery.

We know we are not out of the woods yet, but we made it through today and for that…. We are thankful.
