Gratitude.
One thing I SO grateful for is my resilience. I thank God that no matter what I go through, depression, self doubt, overwhelming anxiety & fear. He gets me right back on track. I am grateful for strength and a way to access it in my weakest moments to get back in the race. I WILL WIN!
Having a good mindset isn’t about always being “on”. It’s about having a firm foundation, knowing the power you have within can pick you up, & get those wheels back churning. To truly NEVER except defeat.
