Agile coaching and AI adoption have more in common than you think.
You meet people where they are. Not everyone comes in at the same level and that's perfectly fine. Good facilitation makes room for everyone.
You keep it bite-sized. Just like a Sprint, you break it down one concept, one real-world application, one lightbulb moment at a time. Nobody learns when they're drowning in information.
You make it safe to not know. People ask their best questions when they don't feel judged. The goal is always a brave space, not a perfect one.
And community does the heavy lifting. One person walking away with new knowledge can change a household, a small business, a whole neighborhood. That ripple effect is real.
We are not sitting around waiting for AI to eventually reach everybody. We are taking it there ourselves.
Because a seat at the table means nothing if people don't also have a hand on the keyboard.
