Happy Monday! Whatโs on your list of things to do this week?
Let me give some practical self care suggestions!!
1. ๐น๐๐๐๐๐ yearly goals (4.5 mos of the year left!) ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐.(๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ข)
2. M๐๐๐๐๐๐๐- even if itโs getting up right now and stretching. Time yourself 10 minutes (at least) of stretching OR ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐
๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐!
3. ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
๐- send a text to someone randomly. Be specific! Not just โfor being in your lifeโ try this: โYou inspire me every day.โ OR โYou always make me feel special every time I see you.โ OR โThanks for listening to me the other day. I really needed that and appreciate that opportunity to share.โ
4. ๐ด๐๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: this could be yoga, meditation, or it could be part of your walk -no music, no phone calls, no scrolling, or journal OR literally just lie on a bed and clear your mind- 5min is ok, 10min is good, and 15 min is pure mind relief!
5. ๐ฏ๐๐ someone or some animal. The power of touch. Some days we just donโt get enough. A hug can stimulate oxytocin production which is your love hormone- distressing and good for emotion regulation.
6. ๐ญ๐๐๐ for your body- get some veggies in, good protein and maybe cold pressed juice. Give thanks to the food and your body for getting you this far ๐
