💜COMMITTED TO FURMAN💜

Some announcements are extra special, and today we are incredibly excited to celebrate Molly Benefield on her commitment to continue her academic and softball career at Furman University!

Molly has put together an incredible résumé through years of hard work and consistency. A Cullman County Pitcher of the Year, Cullman County Player of the Year, multiple-time All-County/All-Area selection and back-to-back Alabama 4A All-State honoree, she has proven herself as a difference-maker on both sides of the ball.

In the circle, Molly brings velocity, movement and an arsenal that keeps hitters guessing. 🔥 Her drop, curve, rise and absolutely nasty change-up give her the ability to attack a lineup in so many different ways. Add in her athleticism and ability to make an impact at first base, and Furman University Softball is getting a competitor who brings tremendous versatility to the field.

But one of the things we love most about Molly is that she is every bit as impressive away from softball. With a 4.22 GPA, multiple Principal’s Awards and National Honor Student recognition, she has worked just as hard in the classroom as she has on the field. 📚💜

We are so proud of you, Molly! You earned this opportunity, and we cannot wait to watch everything ahead as a Paladin!

Big-time recognition for a big-time competitor! Congratulations to Gianna “Gigi” Vitamanti on being ranked T-30 in the Line Drive Media Class of 2028 HOT 100! 💚🥎

Gigi brings a combination of power, toughness and confidence every time she steps between the lines. At the plate, she has the ability to change a game with one swing and has proven she can produce against some of the best competition in the country. This summer at PGF Nationals in California, she hit .400 while helping fuel several big offensive rallies on the way to a Top 13 national finish!

And Gigi brings that same competitive edge to the hot corner. She plays third base aggressively, embraces the tough plays and brings an energy and presence that fits exactly who she is as a player.

The rankings are exciting, but we’re even more excited about the work behind them and everything still ahead for Gigi. Keep working. Keep competing. Keep being YOU, G! 💚🤍

What a really special day for our Chloe Wolfenbarger and her school ball team - The Harris County High Softball Lady Tigers!!!

Taking the circle against one of the most respected programs in the state and country is a challenge in itself. Chloe simply went to work and competed for her teammates and helped Harris County earn a huge win over Buford, bringing an incredible 50-game winning streak to an end. What an amazing run by Buford!!!

There is a lot of respect for what Buford has accomplished and the standard their program continues to set. That makes moments like this one even more meaningful. 💚

For Chloe, it’s another reminder that the biggest moments don’t require anything different - just confidence in the work you’ve already put in, trust in the people beside you and the courage to compete one pitch at a time.

So proud of this young lady and the way she continues to represent Harris County and the AGT Family. Keep working. Keep competing. Congratulations, Chloe and Harris County. What a day! 👏

SCHOOL BALL SPOTLIGHT | KARSYN PLAISANCE

What a senior season Karsyn Plaisance is putting together for Dacula High School!

Karsyn has been absolutely TORCHING the softball this fall. Through the season so far, she is hitting .547 with a .667 OBP, 1.132 SLG and an incredible 1.799 OPS, while adding 11 doubles, 6 home runs, 36 RBI and 32 runs scored. 💥

And she isn’t just putting up big numbers, she’s rewriting the Dacula record book. Karsyn has already broken school records for Career Walks, Career Doubles and Career RBI’s. 👏

Anyone who has watched Karsyn hit knows exactly what she brings to the box. She can hit for average, she can hit for power, and she has proven she can produce against high-level pitching. When the game is on the line, this is the kind of bat you want coming to the plate.

And somehow, the person behind the numbers may be even better. Karsyn is the teammate who picks others up, encourages the people around her and leads with her heart. She is strong in her faith, gives the glory to God and represents her school, her teammates and AGT with character. 🙏💚

Big bat. Big heart. Big-time teammate. Karsyn remains Uncommitted but whoever gets this one is getting one of the best bats in the game and an even better young woman!

Keep swinging it, KP. Your senior season is already one to remember, and there is plenty more ahead! 💪🔥

SCHOOL BALL SPOTLIGHT | LILY KIMBALL

Dominant in the circle. Dangerous in the box. And putting together one incredible season for her Cambridge Lady Bears Softball team so far! 🔥

Class of 2027 RHP/1B and Brown Softball commit, Lily Kimball is making her senior season one to remember, impacting the game in just about every way possible.

Through the 2026 season so far, Lily is hitting an impressive .575 with a .647 OBP, 5 Home Runs and 24 RBI’s. And when she steps into the circle, she’s been just as dominant - carrying a 1.065 ERA, .940 WHIP and 84 strikeouts!!! 💪

Her latest performance may have been her best example yet of just how special a two-way player she is:

5-for-5 | 2 Doubles | HR
6 IP | 0 Earned Runs | 5 Hits | 6 Ks

That’s getting it done on BOTH sides of the ball. The numbers are impressive, but Lily brings so much more - competitiveness, composure, softball IQ and a relentless work ethic. Whether she has the ball in the circle or a bat in her hands, she has the ability to completely change a game.

September 1st is almost here and with it comes the beginning of an exciting new chapter for our Class of 2028 athletes!

To every player who has worked, sacrificed, competed, failed, learned, grown and kept showing up… this moment has been earned. The continued hard work pays off!

For some, the recruiting journey may move quickly. For others, the path may take a little longer or look completely different than expected. Don’t rush it. Don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. Enjoy the conversations, embrace the opportunities and take it ALL in. You’ve worked too hard to miss the beauty of this moment. 💚

You chose the hard thing. You weathered the storms of a game where failure is part of the journey every single day. You kept working when nobody was watching. Along the way there have been goals achieved, milestones conquered, battles won and lessons learned, and every one of them helped bring you to this exact moment.

So when that phone starts ringing… take it all in and always trust God in the process!
