I’m such an introvert!! Peopling can seriously drain my energy ⚡️Here are 3 ways I reset after a long day of socializing:

1️⃣ Candles - There’s just something about the smell of a good candle that calms my soul. I usually close my door and light one of my favorite candles.

2️⃣ Music - I have playlists dedicated to my vibe of the moment. After peopling, I may need some lofi beats or trap music. There’s no in between 🤣

3️⃣ Book - I grab a fiction book and relax for as long as I need to so I can recover. One of my favorite authors is Jasmine Guillory

I’ve realized there’s never just one hump. There will always be humps along the way. But you must keep doing the work every time to get pass them. Eventually you strengthen your mindset and confidence to get pass the humps faster. Remember, tenacity and resilience are required to reach any goal! Keep going. Keep pushing. You’re almost pass the hump.

AN APPLICATION FUNNEL IS THE SIMPLEST SALES SYSTEM

It doesn’t matter if you’re selling done-for-you implementation, 1-to-1 coaching, productized services, group coaching, events, retreats, etc. the application funnel allows you to prequalify applicants to be sure they’re a good fit and enroll them into your offer.

This is the ONLY funnel that can sell offers priced anywhere from $2K to well above $200K. For offers $20K and below, you could probably sell without a sales call using social selling methods. However, sales calls can enroll clients at any price point.

“What unites people? Armies? Gold? Flags? Stories. There’s nothing in the world more powerful than a good story. Nothing can stop it. No one can defeat it.” -

Yes, I just quoted Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones. I was disappointed with how the series ended but this scene gave me chills.

Don’t worry, I won’t spoil the ending for you if you haven’t seen it.

But I do want to point out how effective storytelling works to sell your products and services.

The most common storytelling template is the hero’s journey. Think of your favorite move and there’s a pretty good chance it follows the hero’s journey.

The hero’s journey involves a “hero” who sets off on a journey aka the unknown, faces a challenge or problem, learns a lesson, wins a victory, and returns transformed.

Here are a few examples from movies

The Matrix
Hero: Neo
Guide: Morpheus

Titanic
Hero: Rose
Guide: Jack

Harry Potter
Hero: Harry Potter
Guide: Dumbledore

Here’s the most important thing to know… Your audience is the hero! Your brand is the guide.

Your brand is going to take them out of their familiar world, lead them along the unfamiliar path, and assist them in their own transformation.

Your messaging should follow this rhythm to sell your products and services. Have you heard of the Hero’s journey? If not, I suggest checking out the book “Building a Story Brand” by Donald Miller. This book is a game changer!

Application Funnels are best for selling high ticket offers such as 1:1 private coaching, done-for-you implementation services, group coaching programs, and retreats/events.

This was the very first funnel I ever built and it was completely by accident. Back then, I was promoting Makeofer Your Brand as my signature offer and wanted to get potential clients on the phone. I ended up working with amazing clients and this is still my go-to funnel!
