Can you remember the slow and wonderful days of summer when you were a child and teenager? How time just seemed to extend out into infinity with plenty of opportunity to do what you wanted to do?

Here’s what I’ve experienced in working with hundreds of professional women. We get so focused on our career and other “must do’s” (really important things!) that other critical things in life slip. Exquisite self-care(I have ideas for you…), quiet time, hobbies, and most important, doing what you want to do for a period of time longer than an hour or two.

There’s no doubt about it. You’ve worked hard. For years. Raises, promotions, a full life. So, what’s up with that little nagging voice saying “There should be more. There has to be more. How is life going by so fast?“
