Women who carry the struggles of life on their shoulders and still give everything they have to others

Women are superheroes
With a strength and resiliency beyond measure

And I am in awe of the women I get to work with

How they show up each day
How they share their vulnerability
How they continue to persevere

For those who don’t know, I have TWO Pilates jobs
My studio in Athens
And teaching at Cornerstone Pilates in Richardson (pictured below)

Cornerstone is where I began my teacher training program
It’s where the foundation of me as an Instructor has been planted, grown, and nourished
Surrounded by beautiful, talented, wisdom filled individuals

I love teaching classes
The energy in the room of multiple people with a mutual goal in mind

And it’s something I cannot wait to bring to y’all in Athens😍
