Yesterday was great! Showed up to Nelson Ledges for the WERA 4 hour endurance race to spend the time testing. After practice we thought “we have a real shot” and we definitely made the most of it! Brought the Yamaha R7 home in 3rd place! 4 hours, 158 laps, 316 miles! Thanks John for stepping up to help ride! Cannot thank Pops and Uncle Tony enough for all the hard work, Quentin Mise for all the tire support! That Dunlop R3 front and R8 rear worked great the whole race! AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is just a few hours away!! If you’re bored, you shouldn’t be! The best motorcycle spectacle in North America happening right here in Ohio! Spending the day getting the bike ready, and playing Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath as loud as humanly possible! Thanks for what you created and what you did for music! Spent the day at Nelson Ledges Road Course! Needed to get into a race and start trusting the front end again and where else better than the FAMOUS Nelson ledges. Entered into 3 races and brought home 1 podium finish. The last race we had, it’s been awhile since I have felt that good and had fun like that. Lead most of the race and had a plan to follow and draft the guy behind me, but it didn’t go that way. Getting comfortable 1 lap at a time on this R7 again. Thanks to Pops and Uncle Tony for all the hard work in the heat. Thanks too Maxima Racing Oils, Bison, Sage Tailoring, SUOMY Helmets, Motion Pro, Inc., ASV Inventions, Vortex Racing, and STOMPGRIP. Happy Monday yall! It’s been a busy few weeks! After our crash at barber some more bad luck followed with the tow rig. Since, the tow rig is at the shop, should be finished soon. And we have been getting the bike ready for our next outing! Have a track day coming up at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for some much needed seat time! Thanks to all who continue to support us! Story time- take it back to 2011/2012 time frame. A regular weekend at Nelson Ledges racing with Moto Series. I got to meet Grover Crawford and Kimberly Crawford and we became amazing friends! Shortly after, the suit I was wearing at the time was tore up, seams were splitting, ALL the bad things to race motorcycles. Kim was kind enough to sew my suit back together and bring it back to the track. Fast forward a few years, and my great friends have created a one of a kind business, focusing purely on keep racers safe by providing world class leather repairs, alternations, and customization. Kim even sewed together my great grandmas purse and make it like new again! I cannot thank both of you enough for the support over the years, and helping keep myself and all fellow racers safe! Days at the race track and in the shop would be so much more difficult if we didn’t have the support of Motion Pro, Inc.! The only tire pressure gauge we trust to give us confident and consistent numbers. Throttle and clutch cables that last and very durable. Tools that allow us to work faster and more convenient.
