When I was younger, I didnโt think I was good at anything ๐

Okay okay, thatโs an exaggeration. But back in high school thatโs how I began to feel.
My first year of high school was really hard, I had to deal with loss, betrayal and grief at the age of 14. ๐ฑ
This effected who I was going forward, and ended up making high school very difficult for me. While everyone else was doing well in sports or the arts or band or even just academics, I couldnโt manage to keep my mind together. I was constantly having overwhelming feelings of depression and anxiety, and would feel lost and confused. ๐ฅบ
As I approached my junior and senior year, I became stronger, I searched for things to make myself better, instead of accepting the way I felt. This led me to finding fitness, the ONE THING I felt like I was good at, at that time. I would learn as much as I could, workout everyday, learn about nutrition and make myself plans. ๐ฅ๐
After my senior year, I became a personal trainer, another thing I felt I was good at. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ช๐ป
As the years went on I lost some of my passion for fitness, I let feelings of send doubt get in the way of the real love I had for using fitness to help heal my mind. ๐คฏ I only recently realized this, and had to go on a journey of rediscovering who I am. And what I am good at ๐ fitness is my โthingโ and thereโs no way Iโd rather have it.
MORAL OF THE STORY: 1) you can improve your mental state no matter the circumstances (msg me if you do t believe) โค๏ธ
2) IF YOU FIND SOMETHING YOU ARE GOOD AT AND LOVE, DO IT!!! It doesnโt matter if you think someone else is better or that thereโs no point, that is your purpose and you will be happier if you donโt let self doubt get in the way of your greatness โค๏ธ๐ธ๐ป
