Went to Mudlick Speedway Saturday evening with the 42JR Kryptonite. Chaz did a nice job of driving. Made some changes throughout the evening and really had the car dialed in for the feature. Started 8th in the feature and was battling for 5th when caution came out. On the restart got together with another car with the left front wheel. It was enough of a bump that the spring holder for the throttle came undone and the car was stuck on full throttle. Chaz was able to run the top and keep the car moving. Finished in 8th place.

The people at Mudlick were super friendly. Track was in great shape - fast and smooth. Had a lot of fun. Was able to learn a lot with the new car. It reacted well to the changes. Thanks to Fast Freddie Carpenter for the coaching tips. We will try them this week.

This Friday we are planning on going to Limaland Speedway then Saturday night to Atomic.

Thanks to Charlie Dawson - Crew Chief for all of his work getting the cars ready and Ron Hamlin for some awesome engine work and advice.

Last week Ron ran the 33 Late Model for us at Mansfield and Chaz Dawson ran the Kryptonite at WCS Thursday and Mansfield on Friday. Had a few gremlins to work out but everything came home in one piece.
