Get Real Martial Arts of Delaware Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do/ Martial Arts training: Our program is designed to train the average man/w We do not train our students to become MMA fighters.

First and foremost, "Get Real" is a Functional Jeet Kune Do Concepts School dedicated to the principles and concepts of Bruce Lee, the father of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). We believe in Bruce Lee's concept of "Aliveness", which means defending yourself against a fully resisting opponent. Training is provided in all four ranges—boxing, kicking, trapping/clinch and grappling. We are definitely a non-

traditional martial art in that we perform no forms, katas, blocks or high kicks. At "Get Real" there are no rituals, titles, terminology, politics, and definitely no EGOS! Training is provided in a fun atmosphere that is conducive to learning. Our methods are proven to help you survive a violent encounter, period! Get Real Martial Arts of Delaware is affiliated and works in conjunction with the original Get Real Martial Arts. What we offer is a practical straight forward no nonsense approach to martial arts training. Our program is designed to train the average man/woman to quickly end and/or escape from a violent street encounter by any and all means necessary. PRIVATE LESSONS ARE AVAILABLE.
