Love What You Do
Saturday’s half marathon was an awesome experience..... I felt good, strong and in my happy place. Not because I’m better then anyone else, or because I have some sort of hidden secret... But because I do what I love....
I tell my clients find what you love to do athletically and do it.... Because love for any sport will all overcome fatigue, negativity, complacency, boredom and lack of motivation. It’s what keeps you going and gets you up in the morning because it what drives you it’s what you LOVE.
Find what you love to do for your fitness program and go for it .... I’ll be happy to train you along your journey 🙌🙌💪❤️
