New season, new challenges, and some new faces! ⚾️

Please help us welcome our newest teammates to the Border City Backs family for the 2026 fall season! We’re excited to continue growing, learning, and competing together as we make the transition into kid pitch.

Today, we celebrate the freedom and opportunities that make this country great. We are thankful for the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed to protect our freedoms, both past and present.

As we enjoy time with family, friends, baseball, and fireworks, we remember that the spirit of teamwork, dedication, and perseverance we see on the field reflects the values that help make America strong.

From our baseball family to yours, we wish everyone a safe, fun, and memorable Independence Day!

And just like that, the Spring 2026 season comes to an end.

What a ride it has been for these boys! We finished the season with a 29-17-1 record, collected an incredible 414 RBIs, and hit 31 home runs!

We wrapped up our season by competing against some of the best teams around at the 2D Cajun World Series, where we finished 4th out of 49 teams. What an accomplishment!

Along the way, this team brought home 3 Tournament Championship titles and 3 Tournament Runner-Up finishes, proving time and time again that hard work, dedication, and teamwork pay off.

This team showed heart, grit, determination, and growth every time they took the field. We couldn’t be more proud of the effort these players gave all season long.

Thank you to our coaches, players, parents, families, and fans for the endless support throughout the season. The memories made, lessons learned, and friendships built will last far beyond the final out.

The future is bright!

🔥 WORLD SERIES UPDATE 🔥

Our Border City Backs boys are still rolling! 💪⚾

Through 5 games of World Series play, we remain UNDEFEATED! After pool play, we entered bracket play as the #12 seed, and these boys have battled their way through every challenge put in front of them.

The hard work, determination, and team-first attitude have been on full display all weekend long. We couldn’t be prouder of this group!

We’re back in action tomorrow at 1:00 PM as we continue our World Series run. Keep cheering us on and let’s keep this thing going!
