Howโs your Hump/Pump day going? I hope all of us are crushing our Hump/Pump day! We arenโt letting Hump/Pump day crush us!
Are you working Ur Humps/Glutes today on Hump/Pump day Work Ur Lady Lumps/Muscles day? We should be working our Humps/Glutes at least twice per/week and at least three times per/week if weโre prepping for a show! No Glutes No Trophies! As we know our Glutes are the largest muscle mass in our bodies! They can be the laziest muscle mass in our bodies also! If you arenโt working your Humps/Glutes today what muscle groups are you working on? I did a fasted chest & back workout plus cardio earlier this morning! I did my workout at The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home in Ashburn Va! By using my knowledge experience and expertise as one of Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers I gave myself a very challenging safe workout! Yes I did have my post workout drinks and my post workout meal within thirty minutes of drinking my post workout drinks!
After we have done our workouts and finished our necessities itโs time to get a little Wacky Wicked Wild! But only when itโs appropriate to get a little Wacky Wicked Wild! Weโre taking care of our Wellness! We can be a little Whimsical! Overall I hope weโre all having the most Wonderful lives we can!

Happy Easter to us all!
I started my day with 10 ozs of water with lemon juice squeezed into it as soon as I woke up. Then I went down to The Garage Personal Training Studio In Home in Ashburn Va and I did a fasted Shoulders & Arms workout plus cardio earlier this morning! Using my knowledge and under the guidance of Total Fitness Look Personal Trainers to make this judgement! I had my post workout drinks after my workout and within thirty minutes I had my post workout meal! I went to Community Churchโs service at 8:30am! How have you started your day?
We shouldnโt be Sedentary! Get up and move and/or go out and move! What Muscle group have you trained or are you training now or going to train? Remember a great man said we should do Three things EVERYDAY LAUGH at ourselves and out of JOY - THINK Meditation - CRY from our EMOTIONS they should bring us to tears! Iโve done these today already! Follow your Passion! Are you being TRUE to YOURSELF? Your True Self? What are your goals! Are you just working out aimlessly? We need to have a purpose! Either to lose unhealthy body fat and/or lose unhealthy body fat & gain lean muscle and/or gain lean muscle! This is how we win once we have a goal! Weโre a Team! Letโs get this done together! Some of us are in Hypertrophy Phase and some of us are in Fat Loss & Hypertrophy! Let's stay consistent and dedicated to ourselves! Let's get our workouts & meal prep done! We should be starting our days with 8 to 16ozs of water or water with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it or water with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it with ginger or cucumber water or coconut water! Then weโre eating our first tasty clean healthy meal of 4 to 8 meals within thirty minutes of drinking our water! Unless weโre doing intermittent fasting or fasted workouts or fasted cardio sessions! Then weโre eating our first meal at 10am or when we have finished our fasted workouts or cardio sessions! We are stay hydrated and fueled all day everyday to help power us through our workouts and day! By being properly hydrated and fueled!

Thatโs why Iโm going to remind you to start every day with 8 to 16 ozs of water or water with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it or water with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it with ginger or cucumber water or coconut water as soon as we wake up! Then weโre having our first tasty clean healthy meal of 4 to 8 meals within thirty minutes of drinking our water. Unless we are doing intermittent fasting or fasted workouts or fasted cardio sessions! Then we are having our first tasty clean healthy meal at 10am or once we are finished our workouts and/or our cardio sessions! Then we are staying hydrated and fueled the rest of the day!
