This landing is the put-in landing for a section of the Waccamaw River, which is approximately 16 miles. The take out landing is usually the Pireway Landing. There is a landing called Riverkeeper Landing that you will pass along the way, but most kayakers go all the way to Pireway Landing. The Riverkeeper Landing is a private landing and you need to ask permission to use it.
