Would like to do a BBQ 🍖 on July 26 out on Camano. Starting at 4, food around 5-6 PM I would supply hotdogs and hamburgers if everyone else could bring your own beverages and a side dish. If you want to bring a main go for it, it will be open to wrestlers and their families. Down at the clubhouse beach. Please reply so I know how many, if any to expect.

Get your mind ready and your body stretching as we will be taking a step forward the next two weeks, points of emphasis will be positive position, finishing strong wherever you are and low leg singles, cradles and scoring from the bottom. Maybe some games, bad dad jokes and sugary treats.
