“Ugly ads” is just a normal video with all of the fancy stuff stripped away. They absolutely print.

Ten years ago, I enlisted into the Air Force right after high school. It was fifteen years post 9/11, a tragedy I only knew from stories and silence.

I’ll be honest, I initially joined for the benefits. But after boot camp and tech school, I found myself surrounded by people who had lived through that day. Every September, I watched them go quiet. Somber in a way I didn’t fully understand yet.

I was in diapers when it happened. They were living it in real time, giving up family, careers, holidays, normal life, to defend a country that many of us take for granted.

It’s easy to let this day blend into the calendar, especially if you weren’t alive to feel it. But freedom isn’t free. There’s always a price, whether or not we’re the ones who pay it. Someone always does.

Ten years in, I understand that now in a way I couldn’t have at eighteen.

I love this country. I love what it stands for, and the people who’ve quietly carried the weight of protecting it, long before I ever put on the uniform.

Never forget 🇺🇸

Here’s the truth nobody wants to say out loud: being good at coaching has nothing to do with getting paid.

There are elite coaches broke right now, buried in their DMs, wondering why the algorithm hates them.

Meanwhile mediocre coaches with good marketing are living completely different lives.

Being great at your craft is the entry fee. It’s not the game.

Matt was posting for months. Talking to nobody who actually wanted what he had. Watching the savings run out. Starting to wonder if any of it was ever going to work.

We didn’t touch his coaching. We rebuilt who he talked to and what he offered. That’s it.

Second month in, he did 47K.

The number isn’t what gets me. What gets me is Matt was willing to admit the thing most coaches can’t: knowing your craft was never going to be enough.

If you’re great at what you do and still broke, that’s not a coaching problem. That’s a marketing problem. And it’s the only one that actually matters.

🤮 $200 client

”What’s the price?”
”Is there a guarantee?”
”I need to sleep on it”
”Let me check with my husband first”
“Something came up, can we reschedule to next week?”
”Show me your best and worst clients and I’ll make my decision”

✅ $5,000 client

“Wire sent. When do we start?”

$32k in debt to over $100k/m with online fitness coaching

09/05/2026

I have to tell you about Alexis, because her story is one of my favorites.

She started with $50 to her name and a pile of debt. But she kept showing up and believing what she had to offer was worth something.

Here’s the thing. Being broke or in debt is not an excuse to never start, or to make excuses later about why you didn’t make it. Your current situation doesn’t decide your future. Your actions and the risks you’re willing to take do.

Alexis took that risk knowing it could go either way, and she put everything on the line to make it work.

Are you willing to do that?

By week eight of this year, she’d already made what she made all of last year. Not by working herself to the bone with a hundred clients. She sold multiple $5k programs, paid in full, no payment plans, no “let me think about it.”

Most coaches overcomplicate this because they’re listening to influencers telling them to charge cheap since they don’t have the experience or the following yet. I disagree. I built my own business to multiple six, then seven figures charging high ticket, just like Alexis, without a massive following or chasing viral content.

You don’t need hundreds of clients to make great money in this industry. You need the confidence to charge what you’re worth and to attract people who are serious about investing in themselves.

Alexis figured that out. She sells high ticket without being a pushy salesperson, because that was never who she was. She just got good at having honest conversations with the right people.

And she’s not slowing down anytime soon.

If you get real results for your clients but you’re still figuring out how to structure your offers and close high ticket deals, DM me “START” and I’ll show you exactly how she did it.
