Hey everyone! We had a great weekend of training! Thank you to everyone who made it out, and thank you for everyone who drove in and traveled to make this weekend awesome! A special thank you to DaiShihan Cody McCormack from Bujinkan Rocket City Dojo for coming up to teach!

Closing out Pride Month with news that feels right: Asheville Bujinkan Dojo is now registered with the Safe Space Alliance. 🏳️‍🌈

The Safe Space Alliance is a LGBTQI+ led nonprofit organisation that helps people identify, navigate, and create safe spaces for LGBTQI+ communities worldwide. What this organization does is maintain an online directory of spaces around the world that welcome and support LGBTQI+ communities and helping LGBTQI+ people get to safety. Being part of the Safe Space Alliance is being part of a global and collaborative network that welcomes and supports LGBTQI+ communities.

LGBTQI+ people and allies have a home at this dojo. That's not a June thing. That's just who we are.
