When looking for power and precision in a short, light package, look no further than a Defiance anTi X. Combined with a 18” PROOF Research Carbon barrel, chambered in 7 Sherman Short by a Manson reamer provided by Sherman Wildcat Cartridges. To finish the package it’s bolted into a Manners LRH in Scorched Earth, with a Triggertech Diamond and Hawkins Hunter DBM. To keep things quiet and reduce that muzzle blast, bolt on a SilencerCo Scythe STM.

This rig is gonna hunt!

OKIE Precision Rifles taking the next step to help reduce the already very short lead times and cut more consistent tubes. Would have never dreamed that in only a year there would be a CNC sitting in the shop, but here we are. Thankful for everyone that has trusted and believed in us, precision will not be sacrificed. Until we get the machine broken in and satisfied with the results we will continue chambering on the manual.

Precision comes at a cost, both financial and time. Time being the most expensive as we don’t get to make more of it, we trade dollars for time and vice versa.

Sometimes it takes a while to get these barrels dialed in perfect and sometimes they just fall into place making chambering easy. Today it all fell into place rather quickly and this 25x47L came out really nice using this Alpha Munitions Legacy reamer.

This thing sure outta shoot!

We have plenty of barrels in most manufacturers, calibers, and contours on the shelf ready for your next build or rebarrel. Turnaround times are still pretty short, but may change at any time.
