Happy International Yoga Day and a Happy Fathers Day! Yoga has no expectations, it meets you where you are, teaches you when to move and when to be still. How to go with the flow or even silence the chaos. It can teach you how to navigate the uncomfortable and trust yourself in your vulnerable moments. Each time you step on the mat you take these lessons with you. Enjoy your Day. (My husband is one of the best dads, our kids and I are so lucky to have him)

My little brother got Married yesterday! I would not have been able to make it through all of it if it wasn’t for Yoga. The movement helping my body to move and stay on my feet, the breath that calms my mind in times of stress, the health I have now compared to three years ago. Thank you God for leading me down this path so I could enjoy this day.

I held my first yoga class one year ago today. I was so nervous and unsure , but knew I was following a path chosen for me. I am a bit more seasoned now, but still learning and growing every time I step on the mat. I look forward to continuing to share movement and mindfulness with my yoga community. Thank you all for the support and love you have shown me this year. 🧘‍♀️
