What a great morning at DMA!

We had such a wonderful group of ladies show up for our 7:00 AM Girls Kickboxing class, and we couldn’t be more proud of them. Some walked through the door still waking up and feeling tired, but they showed up and that’s what matters. By the end of class, everyone was smiling, sweating, laughing, and feeling accomplished after getting a great workout in bright and early. There’s something special about seeing these ladies encourage each other, work hard together, and start their Saturday doing something positive for themselves. If you’ve been thinking about trying it, come join us! You don’t have to be in shape or have any experience to start. Just come as you are and give it a try!

The DeSoto Martial Arts family honors everyone affected by September 11th and the men and women who stepped up when our country needed them most. 25 years later, their courage, sacrifice, and strength still mean something. Fridays are all about sharpening your technique, improving your movement, and getting quality rounds in with the DMA family. No Gi gear, good energy, and hard work. Come train with us and meet the DMA Family!

How’s it going Arcadia? We’re looking for your feedback as we make this program grow!

We recently started our Girls Kickboxing class every Saturday morning from 7:00–8:00 AM, but after talking with a few ladies, we’ve heard that 7:00 AM may be a little too early.

Would 8:30–9:30 AM or 9:00–10:00 AM work better for you?

Please let us know in the comments! If we do make a time change, the new schedule would begin in October. We want to choose a time that works best for the families in our wonderful community!

Thursday is a full day at Rmnu Desoto Martial Arts, and we’ve got something for everyone!

Start the morning with Zumba, then later in the day our kids hit the mats for kickboxing and then end the day with Gi Jiu Jitsu. Whether you’re training for confidence, fitness, competition, self-defense, or just looking for a great team to be part of, come train with us and get 1% better today.

Huge congratulations to our DMA athlete, Luben, for competing at IBJJF JIU JITSU CON, winning every match by submission, and becoming the best in the world in his division. 🌎🥇

This is a huge milestone for Rmnu Desoto Martial Arts, our HQ Punta Gorda Martial Arts and our city of Arcadia, as Luben becomes the first athlete to bring a Championship back home to DeSoto and our academy. This is a proud coach moment, seeing your athlete’s hard work pay off. The growth, discipline, determination, and countless hours on the mats made this possible. Luben, thank you for trusting us as your coaches. You earned it, Champ. 🏆🤙🏽
