Axel has been on a hiatus from racing. But it was his birthday a few weeks ago. His love for racing sparked a need for an update on his bedroom. His request? A Racing room! This mom took all the requests and made it happen. Video of his room. Peep the christmas tree we needed too.

Finally we got to race again.

Heat: 1st-4th. Axel felt things were not running right. Made some changes before the feature. Thanks Jake Hanson for the help.

Feature: 8- DNF. This feature was wild. started with 12 karts and by the time they got to end there were 6. Axel got hit and ended up in the wall again. Why this kid loves those walls in Alex is beyond me. 🫣 Anyways thinking we are having some motor issues. Axel told us that "it keeps sounding like a derby car 😂 and when I push the pedal it just doesn't go."

Thanks for the track for working so hard for these kids to drive today. It's so much appreciated.

Also thanks to these great pit crew members for shining the kart up before the Races today.

Axel enjoyed the Lac Qui Parle County Fair on Friday night and he pedaled to a 2nd place finish at State for a spot at Nationals in Mitchell SD on September 27th. He is one happy boy today!

Axel had a pretty good day racing. We are looking better from when we had his rollover and his confidence is coming back...

Thanks for Jake Hanson and Cal for there input on the kart today and letting use your equipment.

We stayed after and put of some late night laps in to try to build some confidence back and did a some adjusting to his kart. Thanks Deml Racing for the help.

Tomorrow Axel is off to enjoy Youth Outdoor day in Alex. Good luck to everyone tomorrow.
