Safe Harbor Swim Academy is a basic training course for infants, toddlers, and children that will learn appropriate swimming postures to allow them to swim facedown in the water, rotate onto their back to a floating position.

I have been having my son come in for refreshers to get ready for swim season! Swimming has never been his favorite but we always tell him we’re doing refreshers to ensure we are safe around water!! I haven’t started him on stroke lessons cause his swimming generally hasn’t been his favorite (unless he can hang in shallow to play with toys)! However, I make it a priority to make sure he continues to know his skills to be safe if anything were to happen in water! When he shows an interest more in stroke we will start!

Have a lot of new followers! Always so grateful for my sister Anna Brayton who does my videos/posts! By thought it would be a good time to introduce myself and my family! Lydia is 4 years old and just keeps pushing herself every week to contuine learning her skills!

Lydia did the survival base program when she was 3.5 years old and came back to work on learning her stroke to better her swim skills! It’s such a fun time to see the growth in a few months!!
