He is risen.

Christ has conquered sin and death.
The Cross was not the end
it was the way.

Now the tomb stands empty,
and new life begins.

Alleluia.

Strength isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it looks like sacrifice.
Sometimes it looks like surrender.

Today we remember the greatest act of love ever given.

It is finished.
The sacrifice is offered.
The gates of heaven are opened.

Jesus Christ crucified.

He was not overpowered.
He was not defeated.
He chose this.
Every step to the cross.
Every strike.
Every nail.
Not resisting.
Not escaping.
He remained.
Love held Him there.
Giving everything.
For us.

Today we walk with Him.

Step by step.
Station by station.

From condemnation… to the Cross.
From suffering… to sacrifice.

The Way of the Cross isn’t just something we remember, it’s something we enter into.

We see the weight He carried.
We feel the falls.
We witness the love that never turned away.

“Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” – Matthew 16:24

Today is an invitation:

Walk slower.
Pray deeper.
Be present.

Bring your struggles.
Bring your burdens.
Lay them at the foot of the Cross.

Because He carried it all, for us.

Let’s walk with Him today. ✝️

On the night before He gave everything,
Jesus sat at the table with His disciples.

He broke the bread.
He shared the cup.
He washed their feet.

Not as a king above them,
but as a servant beside them.

“This is my body, given for you.”

He knew what was coming.
And He chose love anyway.

As we enter deeper into Holy Week,
we’re reminded:

Greatness isn’t about being served.
It’s about serving others.

For our Saints family, on the mat, at home, and in life, this is the standard.

Humble. Selfless. All in.

Take time tonight to slow down, reflect, and be present.

And with our girls state wrestlers done, that’s a wrap on Saints Wrestling 2026!

What a season for the Saints. From our youngest wrestlers stepping on the mat for the first time, to our middle school athletes battling through a full season, to multiple qualifiers competing on the state stage, this year was about growth, toughness, and building something special.

We had over 80 athletes across our Pre-K through 8th grade levels. Practices were full, energy was high, and the commitment to getting better showed every single week. From first takedowns to first wins, from learning how to compete to learning how to respond to adversity, this group took major steps forward.

Our youth and middle school teams competed hard all season long, hosting meets, traveling together, and representing the Saints with pride. And when it mattered most, we had athletes step up and qualify for state, something many wrestlers spend years working toward. Watching our wrestlers compete on that stage, battle through wins and losses, and handle it with composure and grit was something special.

To our state qualifiers and competitors, Aiden, Rowen, Charlotte, and Caroline, your efforts set the standard. You showed what it means to prepare, to believe, and to step into big moments.

But this season wasn’t just about wins and losses. It was about culture.
It was about showing up.
It was about doing hard things.
It was about faith, discipline, and being part of something bigger than yourself.

We saw teammates supporting each other, older wrestlers leading younger ones, and families stepping up to help make everything run. That’s what makes this program strong.

To my fellow coaches—thank you for your time, energy, and commitment.
To our parents and families—thank you for trusting us with your kids and supporting this program in every way.
To our wrestlers—thank you for the effort, attitude, and heart you brought every day.

The standard is set. The foundation is growing. And we’re just getting started.

Caroline’s season comes to an end after her second match at state, but what an incredible journey.

In her very first year of wrestling, she stepped onto the biggest stage and represented the Saints with toughness and heart. Qualifying for state as a first-year wrestler is no small accomplishment.

She showed grit, courage, and growth every step of the way.

Proud of you, Caroline. This is just the beginning.
