Dance With Pam is a fun filled music motivated dance aerobic class designed to increase strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, lowers stress and is GREAT FUN. Taught by a certified Dance Fitness Instructor of 20 years, our goal is to work every muscle category in a one hour class.

Dance with Pam Group Fitness TODAYS CLASS WAS AMAZING ENERGY!!! Thank you! But trying to get you all organized.. facing front ..faces in the camera...and to stop talking.. for a class photo.. was like having a daycare class👶👶.🤪😂😂😂🥰. So instead of posting one "sort of" perfect picture ,I posted them all , so you all can see how funny you are..!!! Eyes were closed. Some of you were hiding.. Looks like there was going to be a fight to get to the front.😆. Total unorganization, and it was hysterical😝😜. Thank you for being such an important part of my day and for all the laughs..And thanks to my photographer Sonny for taking so many shots!!!😍CLASS OF 2026..!💪💪🎵🎶
