Foaling season is here ! The only up side is that I have an excellent view of the track from the foaling barn so I can watch the mares and babies and the horses galloping at the same time 😍 The best of the bunch so far is an outstanding c**t by Rickey B ! He is absolutely correct, has a balanced muscular body and he is super smart and friendly ! We are so excited to help launch Rickey B as a stallion, if this c**t is any indication of what he will sire then WOW ! he will be a super stud !

Newfield Farm is very proud of our dedication to helping OTTB’s and in the past 8 years we have rehabbed, retrained and rehomed close to 100 horses. We also start young horses under saddle with close attention to the character and temperament of each youngster so they are given a solid education tailored to their individual needs. Newfield Farm has a rehabilitation program that WORKS, starting from the ground up with balance and relief from pain as goals to healing. Lay-up, boarding, and mare care complete the roster of services as well as the exceptional retirement program that is our favorite and reflects our love for the older horses.
