Only four rounds in, and 1600 Light Buggy is already bringing the heat. Evan Hockers continues to lead the way heading into Crandon, picking up right where he left off in Wheatland with a weekend sweep in Antigo.
Jake Schilleman sits 40 points back after an up-and-down Antigo. A tough Saturday still netted a solid 6th, and he bounced back Sunday with a 4th, just shy of the podium.
Sixteen points behind Schilleman, Joe Jorgensen has climbed into the top five after a strong weekend. He charged to 5th on Saturday, then grabbed his first podium of the year with a 3rd on Sunday.
Eric LaFreniere now sits just five points out of 3rd. He opened Antigo with a strong 2nd after battling Hockers up front, but bad luck on Sunday pushed him outside the top 10.
Rounding out the top five is Greg Stingle, just one point behind LaFreniere. He drove to a 4th on Saturday before Sunday troubles left him outside the top 10.
Heading into the Big House, the questions are building. Can Hockers stay dominant, who breaks into the top five, and who rebounds from Antigo?
