MEET Eden Abey***
Eden is a 20-year-old college student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a passion for understanding the human mind and the experiences that shape who we are. As a working student, she understands firsthand the challenges of balancing academics, work, and a social life while building a future.
Outside of school, Eden has a lifelong love for art and music, two creative outlets that allow her to express herself and recharge. She is also entering an exciting new chapter as she prepares to move into her first home with her long term boyfriend, experiencing the independence, responsibility, and personal growth that come with early adulthood.
One of Eden's greatest interests is exploring the psychology behind the transition into adulthood. From building healthy relationships and maintaining friendships, navigating communication, identity, and the uncertainty that often accompanies your twenties, she is fascinated by the ways people grow through life's biggest changes. She believes that no one has adulthood completely figured out and that the most meaningful conversations come from honestly sharing both the successes and the struggles.
Her goal is to pursue a career in school psychology, helping children and adolescents develop the confidence and emotional skills they need to succeed. Through her studies and personal experiences, Eden has developed a deep appreciation for the role psychology plays in helping people understand themselves and connect more authentically with others.
As your podcast host working alongside Heather and Katie, Eden brings curiosity, empathy, and authenticity to every episode.
