One of the most persistent assumptions in medicine is that the right drug, at the right dose, can solve a complex problem on its own. Aging has never fit that model, and the research keeps confirming it.
Every biological system involved in how we age, inflammation, mitochondrial function, hormonal signaling, metabolic health, muscle integrity, interacts with the others. Intervening on one without accounting for the rest is a bit like addressing one leak in a dam while the others widen. The effect is real but incomplete, and the window for meaningful impact closes faster than most people realize.
This is the scientific premise behind our entry into the XPRIZE Healthspan competition, one of the most ambitious scientific challenges in the world dedicated to extending the healthy human lifespan. Our semifinals pilot tested whether combining repurposed medications and supplements with structured behavioral therapies produced something greater than the sum of its parts, and the early data was compelling enough to shape the design of our final trial: nine repurposed medications and supplements working alongside progressive resistance training, guided meditation, and health coaching, tested together as a unified protocol rather than a collection of individual interventions.
Being XPRIZE Healthspan Finalists means we are now among a select group of teams worldwide working to answer one of the most important questions in medicine: not just which longevity interventions work, but how they work together at scale. That is the question we are most committed to answering, and we will keep sharing what we learn along the way.
