Shadow Hoops

Shadow Hoops Custom made exercise hoops and Hoopnotica certified instructor. I make adult sized weighted Hula Hoops and I also teach you how to use them.

I teach classes at :
I will be teaching Canalside on Tuesdays at 7 starting June 7 at 7 pm. This is a free class. I have some hoops to share, but if you have one , bring it. There was a very large turnout last year. Hamburg Community Education classes running for the fall, links are posted on timeline. During the summer:
I am also planning on attending some outdoor concerts with my hoops, I will post when and where as they come up. I also give private lessons if you prefer one on one attention.
