I biked just over 50 miles during the month of May with 80 lbs of kids attached! I balanced that out with some strength training and yoga. I am feeling extremely grateful for all that my body is doing and I have never felt so strong. 🏋🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️

I’m looking forward to bike rides to Bunker Beach Water Park - Anoka County Parks and to the Andover Community Centerover the summer 😎
