Pendleton HS Air Force JROTC Pendleton HS AFJROTC "Developing Citizens of Character" AFJROTC stands for "Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps".

AFJROTC Unit SC-20063 started at Pendleton High school in 2006 with a handful of seniors. 19 years later, with almost 90 cadets, our program is still the close-knit group it started as. Our program is designed to help cadets become better citizens and leaders. AFJROTC does not recruit high school students for military service; there is no military commitment associated with the program. AFJROTC is a fun, energetic program that offers a wide variety of extracurricular activities. Unit SC-20063 is a cadet-led program. With instructor oversight and guidance cadets lead the corps. Instructors teach all academics in classes and serve as coaches for all of the teams ensuring safety and keeping a productive environment. Other Corps functions are undertaken by the Cadet Staff.
